Upawansa is one of my child hood favorite places to get food. The prices are modest and they provide delicious meals in an clean environment. They have a ground and upper floors for dine in and provide all around local delicacies. I used to love their Fish Buns in the morning and happy to say that the quality hasn't dropped so far. Recommend for a visit.

Not adequate space to accomodate the crowd. Reasonably quality food with lots of oil and spices. Expensive than average restaurants. Staff is not friendly and have to stand till they prepare the food.

Restaurant with a wide array of local food. Upstairs area is cooler and offers better unhurried service than downstairs. Good portions of food for the price.
