You have a very Professional, Courteous and Efficient staff. They are very friendly. Especially, I would like to thank Nuwan, because he is always ready to help me and is willing to do his best to resolve my problems earliest possible. Thinking of my convenience, he negotiates with his friends to attend to the issues of my hearing aids. One of them is Dinuka from Negombo office. He is another gentleman, just like Nuwan. I have forgotten other names. However, even though they all do their best to resolve the problems related to the issues of my hearing aids again and again, I am still encountering hearing problems. I think it is something pertaining to the limitations of the functionality of the equipment, which should be dealt by the manufacturer.
Well to be honest we are not happy with the hearing aid we paid almost 300.000. But now it is about 5yrs. But after two years it started giving problems And it has been serviced so many times ,but it had the same problem I had complained about not being able to hear.( Tv , telephone ect) Even person to person It was not that clear. After the warranty perriord was over and when I took it for servicing they said it needed some repairs and was going to cost 14.000. And I shouted at them and it was done free. Again I had to get it repaired and they charged me Rs 14.000. But still the same problem no changes at all. They put another hearing aid in my ear and said this is a latest one. No doubt it was very clear Even at the start this was very clear. After paying so much it started giving problems. They were trying to promote the new one I am very very disappointed. With the quality of your hearing aid. Sorry to send this but this is the fact. Since you have asked for a feed back I am being honest. Thank you. Mr Douglas Selvadurai.
I've been with VC for several years. This is an organisation that follows up their patients.Patients have a great sense of comfort knowing they could go bsck at all times they need to.They are treated with care at all times. VC gives advice that is beneficial.They have all the time in the world for them. I have not known any other organisation that is so customer/patient friendly_ not a single private hospital though their charges are exorbitant.
Offer a very cozy and friendly service for their clients. Highly recommended.
