I had to faced a very unprofessional situation at this institute. Once I assigned myself into two short courses on the weekends made all the payments. And I informed I have started my other external degree, so I'm doing these courses within the margin time left before I start my external. On the second week of one of the short courses, they informed me that they had to reschedule that class and had to shift it onto the other day. obviously making a conflict in between the time schedules of both classes and I had to just choose one class to attend. After completion, I patiently waited for a reschedule of the missed class and since nothing was happening from their end, I asked them if there is any possibility of getting a refund for the class I couldn't attend. To be fair, I asked for a partial refund since I already had attended 2 days of the missed class. Their simple reply was "We don't refund money. The invoice itself says the money paid is non refundable". It was totally their fault not being able to stick to the schedule of the classes as they promised to deliver initially. I called them a few times but their answer did not change at all, even if it was totally their inconsistent way of handling these sort of problems. They simply didn't respect my schedules or situations and how they handled the situation is very unprofessional. Not recommending this place at all.

Very very poor unreasonable charges and unethical pracitses. I have enrolled myself for the individual graphics programme. They charged for individual training that has much higher price for the flexibility of scheduling . But and they grouped me in to gruop class which is much more cheaper but charged me for the individual programme which is almost double the normal group class type. Very unreasonable price for the online individual training grapics course. Be careful.not fall for their unethical ways of doing business.

I have completed my BSc (Hons) Cyber Security degree in WinSYS City Campus with First-class which is sometimes known as WinSYS Networks Pvt Ltd also.
