We called several funeral homes during the recent surge in coronavirus. Response from three was negligible. Colonial was the fourth call and they responded immediately and on the phone. We had a very pleasant conversation and a web link was sent and from then on it was easy to fill out the form and also very easy to pay the bill. They have been responsive in the extreme, kind, attentive and have taken care of every detail. I highly recommend them.
