Bird dog barbecue it is a great hole in the wall restaurant. We stopped here just before lunch and we were greeted with an amazing cashier man. He helped us get our barbecue in no time. My only issue with the store was that most of the booths that we try to sit at were well-maintained. It seems that the workers were more focused behind the counter which is good but did not clean up the restaurant. I ordered 1 pound of pulled pork and it was delicious. I would definitely order that again and it is much better than Rudy’s. If you were looking to get more of a sandwich option their pulled pork sandwiches fairly good. I also love the Decour. I love dogs and if you’re a dog lover I would definitely stop by.

Probably one of the best hot dogs i’ve had. The mac and cheese was amazing too, even better with added hot sauce.
One of my favorite bbq places in the springs. Great brisket and sausage, love the okra. The only reason I took a star off is for the service. It's not very friendly, it's honestly a little awkward, they aren't super helpful. I've been there a dozen times and I'll keep going back for the food but service could be better.
Came from out of town, I have tried many of the highest rated Colorado food places and haven’t been impressed. Bird dog is the only place that deserves the hype. Absolutely delicious and the best bbq I have ever had. Friendly staff and amazing food.
Oh man, probably one of the best BBQ joints in town. Mac n cheese is to die for, the are not shy with the pickles, the pulled pork was moist, brisket was juicy, the baked potatoes are out of this world. I need an IV of their BBQ sauce!! And the service was unbelievably hospitable and kind and personable. Can't wait to come down and be there for one of the events!!
