As with any surgery, you are a little apprehensive when setting out to start the process. The Doctor and Nurse (not sure what to call her) were very informative and made the process (along with my Dentist) very seamless and although it is a quite extensive (long) ordeal, it got done as they said and with minimal pain (I'm kind of a wuss with pain). I would highly recommend Dr. D'Addario and his associates for anything related to this type of procedure (Implant)
