I'm very pleased with the service I've received during my two visits here. I was nervous before my IUD appointment but it went very smoothly and was far less painful than I anticipated. I feel lucky to have had such a positive experience. I would highly recommend PP, and this branch specifically, for anyone needing their services. There is a bit of a wait time, but this is to be expected at most clinics and their compassionate care is worth the wait.

Granted, I was 11 minutes late for my appointment and that is ultimately my fault. But when I walked up to the receptionist she said that they cannot take people That are more than 10 minutes late. And the parking lot is completely empty and yet they are still saying this. Thanks. I'm including a photo of the empty parking lot. What an organization.

Just trying to reschedule for a check due to my new work schedule, but still after a couple days no call back cause I did the save your place in line and even when I try to call no one answers, but I have called since then, so I gave up calling them today. Guess they will know why I didn’t show now with this if they read these. Not very happy since I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since I made the appointment about a week ago.

Worst experience i have ever had. I understand this is nonprofit but they really need to get their stuff in order. No organization and no one knows how to answer questions. Prices aren't even that reasonable. It cost me the same to have more done at a local OBGYN. Honestly this establishment is a joke.
