I've ordered out and I've ate inside. Every time is wonderful. The food is good and the staff was great. It's one of my favorite places to eat.

The service and friendliness of the server was good. She sat us down quickly and got our orders out. The food did not take too long to get and it tasted great. They can even adjust the spiciness but the only criticism is that i beleive the server should touch base with the table after we get food at least once. She didn't do that and I did not get a second drink by the time I finished my food and was ready for the check instead. Everything is also served on Styrofoam plates and plastic forks for COVID-19. All employees do wear masks FoH.

Pros: Fresh ingredients and clearly made fresh each order. Great service Cons: SO sweet! So much sugar in each dish ordered i couldn't eat it. Not at all spicy in dishes that typically have some heat. Not a success for me, but sweet and not spicy may be to other's taste.

My partner and I have been coming to Thai Satay for almost year now and each experience has been superb. We usually order out. I get the Pad Thai and my partner the green curry. We can always count on the quality to be excellent. Even the waiting staff are friendly. Thanks Thai Satay!

Although the food is good it’s not worth being told a 35-40 min wait and drive 30 mins across town to be told it will be another 20-30 mins longer MULTIPLE times. I’m not kidding we gave this place our business multiple times with this happening every time, and other people waiting in the lobby were also complaining about the same thing. The person who took our order on the phone was at the front as well when i walked in and she stated because so many other people also complained about their order being really late they pushed the angry costumers orders up before ours. We finally decided this place is not getting our business anymore. NEVER AGAIN.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, small/quaint. The food was delicious & seasoned very well. The Thai tea was awesome with the dairy substitute (coconut milk) and the mango & rice dessert was a nice ending.

Thai Satay is never accurate with their times for food. We were quoted 35-40 mins. We showed up at 55 mins after the call because we know wait times aren't accurate. We were them told another 20-30 mins. The staff were rude. This isn't the first or second time this has happened here. We were told other orders were pushed ahead of ours even though ours was placed earlier. Understaffed and staffed by rude people. When a restaurant has this many 1 star reviews, something isn't right. I have eaten at Thai Satay many times before and will not be eating at Thai Satay ever again.

First time trying it and loved it! The girl up front was super friendly and helpful on the phone, the order was early and i was super impressed! Garlic edamame was my favorite
