Fantastic food, unfortunately since our visit last year on Christmas Eve it would seem some aspects of service have declined. Primarily, special notes and requests have ceased, which was one of the fun aspects of the establishment in the past, such as a heartfelt message to be left for the anniversary reservation. That said, while the seating times have increased drastically even with reservations set, and the overall forgetfulness of the staff with drink orders, the quality of the food has remained. This location is still a great place for the food so long as you are forgiving and patient.

The melting pot was a very unique and pleasant experience. If it is your first time going, understand that there is a lot of information to take in, and be willing to learn a good bit, and maybe even feel foolish a little bit. The food left a little bit to be desired. In the fact that some of the entree dipping sauces could be a little too sweet for ones tastes, if what you are looking for is a meal and not a treat. The staff was friendly, very willing to answer questions, and very polite.
Dinner for 2, 3 drinks each, 170 before tip. Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Service was the worst I've had for a dinner in this price range. Even after mentioning how long I waited for a cocktail halfway through dinner the service continued to be awful. The two employees who brought the courses out were capable of better customer service than my main server. When paying this much for a meal the last thing that should warrant a bad review is the service. If I hadn't enjoyed the food, but the service was great I would say 5 stars. Will not be going back because for that price I'll go somewhere with good service.
Went for \galentines\ with some friends. The special included choice of salad, cheese and chocolate fondue. Everything was so delicious! Love the assortment of options that come with the cheese then chocolate. We also were able to add the entree, which was broth to cook chicken, beef and shrimp. If you sign up for the club and input your birthday you get an email with 6 chocolate dipped strawberries, but make sure to show that when you are initially ordering. Also plan to stay and dine for at least 2 hours.
Finding the entrance is a little tricky because you think it's at the main sign, but it's actually around the corner in the middle of the block. When we got there they ushered everyone into one section and left the rest of the place empty. I didn't like being so close together when there was more than enough room to spread out. It took away the romance of the experience. Our salads were skipped but they brought them out with the main meal after we asked about them. It was a lot of food on one table, but everything was delicious. The waiter was really nice and we were well cared for, minus the salad thing. If you're looking at the create your own options for the meat course, 3 options really is enough. Im so grateful we got to take home leftovers (after cooking them). The food tasted amazing as usual. It would be fun to have more seasonal items, but I appreciate the consistency of being able to find what you love and stick with it for years.
