Best surgery in Leeds.. doctors ...each one of them is a gem. They will listen to you carefully and would do their best to help you....! Amazing work from them. Though the reception service especially calling the surgery is a nightmare. Number doesn't connect easily. I hope they sort out this issue

Worse Doctors in Leeds! Never answer the phone and they never call you back, u could been dying and they wouldn’t give you an appointment. I recommend moving doctors.

Don't want to know unless your dying. Receptions are absolutely horrible. Nurses are ok, but the Doctors just fob you off.

What can I say! Top marks from me, the member of staff was very helpful on the phone, answered the phone in less than a minute. The doctor phoned me very quickly, the doctor was very helpful and understanding. Merry Chrustmas.

Been with Colton/The Grange a few years now. I have always struggled to get appointments. Nobody ever answers the phone! I book via the app like the website asks you to then they text me to tell me they couldn't get through to me and I should call them back - firstly you texted me so you have the right number and my phone is working... secondly how do I call you back if you never answer. This is not the first time I've missed an appointment as nobody has called me. This surgery knows they have this problem and yet they don't fix it. They still ignore incoming calls and leave patients with no support and relief. I wouldn't reccomend signing up to this surgery as you'll never be seen by anyone.
