This place is like a throwback in an era of disposable everything. Really cool. Was given a Simplicity 7 a few years back, great machine but it started smoking on me last week. I knew this wasn’t a vacuum to just toss and replace. Took it in and Gary or Larry (I’m ashamed I can’t remember his name) looked at the machine like it was an old friend. Long story short, he had it fixed and good as new in the time it took my family and I to go eat lunch. And for a reasonable price. I was curious about the machine since I didn’t buy it and he gave me more info on my vacuum than I ever could have imagined. Just a great experience and cool to meet someone so knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. I will certainly be back.

Poor quality & high prices. These folks want to sell you expensive vacuums that have not panned out to be worthwhile purchases. After being told how cheap & worthless my old vacuums were, I finally relented and purchased one of their Simplicity vacuums. So not worth it. This 9 yr old vacuum has needed too many repairs for the price paid (500) and now they tell me I'd be better off to try "just removing the filter" and see if that helps to keep the machine from randomly shutting down? They will also try to sell you filters and bags that can be purchase far less expensive on amazon.
Repaired our church vacuum in one day at very reasonable cost. We are happy with our new canister vacuum. They know their products, carry a quality selection, and provide good customer service.

I was surprised a place like this still exists in the age of throw-away appliances, but the guy that runs this place is really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Saved me several hundred dollars repairing my mothers vacuum, rather than replacing it.
I love the Simplicity vacuum I bought from this store! It's the best vacuum I ever owned. With a really long cord and far-extending hose, it can't be beat when it comes to stairs..and the occasional spider on the ceiling! Great customer service.
Good selection of vacuums. Must do good as they were eagerly awaiting a delivery. They also have sewing machines. The best part is repair services on both!
Brought my vacuum in for repair and was blown away by the service provided at All Vacuum Care. The staff was positive, upbeat, and knowledgeable. They communicated the repair process and were very timely. I am so impressed and will definitely go there again for any of my vacuum needs!
