I approached the staff about their position and policies recently related to their rules about their handicapped clients who have been placed in homes where they receive day to day assistance by ACTS employees. I inquired about the wearing of masks and social distancing whether they were outside without supervision or inside with their caregivers that changed staffing regularly which of course means the potential of transmission of the covidvirus to the clients and all the families and friends- both by the caregivers and the clients they were hired to monitor and learn and progress with activities of daily living. So with that being said- the director informed me that the laws in Columbia didn't require the wearing of masks or social distancing as the clients interacted with staff or the public. Needless to say I was taken aback and keep thinking about how awfully detrimental to so very very many people including the neighbors who are having to interact with the clients and the staff. Think about it!!!!

They are terrible place to bring family and friends, the staff is very rude to the individuals there is no organization with this company I would not recommend you anyone to bring their loved ones here

Care abd safety is their practical goal. They mean ir. I have seen alot of improvement in what they say. Pleae try your individuals. Staff are trained to hold the standard's and are very competent.
