Excellent experience. Very professional, knowledgeable, and all around great to work with. Ben is great at what he does and I would recommend them to anyone, hands down.

These guys were quick, and they knew what to do. My tow was a difficult one to say the least. But they had the wisdom, experience and equipment to make it happen.

Great experience! My husband and I were traveling from Indiana to Kansas City, MO pulling a trailer. Our truck started to make a grinding noise on I-70 and we determined a wheel bearing was going out. We called three different towing companies. Terry took the call and was very helpful. He said they could pull us and the trailer with one truck...the other two companies said it would require two trucks and would be about 70-80 more. Michael arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely thorough, took his time getting the truck and trailer set and had a great sense of humor...a much needed distraction as we were exhausted and frustrated. He towed us to an auto repair place to get us fixed up. Thank you for your help!

Vehicle was towed as an abandoned vehicle without contacting the police first. It was not abandoned, just parked. Was at their yard for 21 hours and they charged us 560! Requested a discount from the owner but he wouldn't budge. Also they only accept cash so had to take extra time to get that. Who has 560 in cash on them? And who doesn't take cards in 2020?
