Great place! Coming from California,it's been a chore to find great authentic Mexican food. While this place isn't fully authentic, it is really good. They have the most authentic salsa I have been able to find out here. The rest food is really good. They also have an awesome tequila bar! I highly recommend this place!

This place would be fantastic with better management. The bartender was not only making drinks for the entire restaurant but also serving the tables in the bar area. She could not keep up with the crowd although she was pleasant and certainly wasn't trying to ignore folks…but that is exactly what happened. The food was good and so was the margarita my wife ordered. I recommend sitting in the restaurant side for better service…hopefully. Perhaps the man that kept poking his head out of the kitchen every few minutes and standing around could start checking in on the tables. Also, people were walking in and no one was there to greet them… I hate to rag any more but their TVs all had a message saying intermittent connection failure with ESPN displayed on the screen. If the cable is out, turn the TVs off. Also, they were streaming music from the web and at one point the place fell silent for several minutes before that was addressed. Since the food was good and the bartender was pleasant, I'll give them 3 stars but good management could easily bump this rating.

This was almost a total disappointment. Food was OK at best. Nothing special or different when compared to other restaurants I have eaten at these prices were outrageous. Atmosphere and decor was Columbia bland with really uncomfortable new-age style chairs. Don't read this review and think it was all about the money or cost of the food. I don't mind paying for a decent meal when worth it but this was by far the most expensive but certainly no where near the best Mexican style cuisine I have had in the area. Mexican restaurants are typically one of those kind that you can get a good meal for a reasonable price. Doubling the price and putting it in Columbia doesn't make the food taste any better than the other quality places I have been to. OK, now for the sole saving grace - have to admit that the margarita was pretty good, but they certainly charged plenty for it.

Been several times. Liked the decor when they first opened, but it got old and isn't being kept up very well. Rust/waterstains around the bar. One of my worst bar experiences in recent memories. The drinks were so close to 10, that the bar tender took the liberty of round up and keeping the change. I was so offended I called him out about it. To start with, why are the drinks so expensive? That bartender has been there for years, but he does not strike me as knowing what he's doing behind the bar. Several of my experiences there were frustrating usually in the bar area. Food has been decent.

Came here for first time. Extremely slow service. Charge 3 extra for chips & salsa. Husband had to flag down waiter several times. And, they aren't even busy! Won't be back! :(. They need to either shut this place down or have a whole different management. Just too horrible.

The food prices are a little high for what you get, and often the fish specials are a just OK. Some nights, though, you can get a margarita special which is a good deal. I love getting their guacamole bowls. The waitstaff is friendly. If it's a weekend, try to get here before 6:30 for dinner.

Very disappointing experience - came on a slow night and the server was not attentive at all. She was very friendly but would not come to our table unless we flagged her down. I asked for guacamole and she never brought it. After waiting more than 20 minutes for it, I told her never mind and she told me the avocados were hard and they couldn't make it anyway. They also served my friend an expired beer, which expired in July 2014 - it's Feb 2015. smh. Positives: I ordered chickens enchiladas, which were really good. Also, I loved the music, ambience and decor.

Amazing Mexican Food and gorgeous seating arrangement. Great staff although the entrance is very tiny. Sad to hear it's been closed.
