Bought a sectional for 1600.00. About 45 days in, I noticed a small cut opening in the seat. I called and a tech came out about a week later. He took a pic and said it shouldn't be a problem. Lady form badcock called next day and said warranty will not cover at all cause it's over 30 days. No, I did not buy the extended warranty but come on, 2 months and it's already got a rip and absolutely no assistance. I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE!!
