bad size range (probably on both ends but i’m specifically talking about smaller sizes). if i’m 5’7 i’m clearly too tall to wear a petite, but the only size that fits my waist are petite sizes. also, the workers aren’t very helpful. every time that i needed to try on a new size, i would need to change into my regular clothes and walk out to get it myself. also didn’t even offer any help when i walked in.

Worst customer service . They sold me a pant in sale for the regular price . When I checked the bill I asked them to fix it . She said she will return it and did not give me a receipt as a prove . And said she can’t print one too. Now I’m stuck with 69 purchase.

This store is located in the Mall in Columbia, near Macy's and Apple Store. Their petite selections are limited. I normally shop online and return at this store. It all depends on the timing. When I go first thing in the morning shortly after the store opening, there is not much crowd, and I get to do my return quickly. The employees are helpful and the work flow is efficient.

This is probably one of the Banana Republics at the various malls. Everything is always neatly folded and they have additional sizes in the back. I've always had a staff member ask me if I need anything and people genuinely look happy working here. I had to return a shirt here and I guess the lady who helped me was a regional manager or something. She returned the shirt and gave me a 40 gift card.
