Ms. Hassan is an extremely intelligent and professional person. I was facing a very high tax bill and several years behind in my taxes. After talking with Ms. Hassan, she took the time to review my situation and let me know I had options. She was able to save me from paying 15K in back taxes to about 3k. If you are facing back taxes and don't know where to turn, I highly recommend you work with Bernice Hassan & Associates. She is extremely honest and a very caring person. I would give her a review bellow 1 star if possible, calmly. First, my consultation time was 4:30 pm, for some reason coincidently or intentionally I do not know, but the moment she heard my voice after I introduced myself, she put me on mute for a minute and 10 seconds till I hung up. Technical issue! Well, she DID NOT call back until I called back after waiting a few minutes, for her to barely sound clear after. Then she asked me a couple quick questions then gave me a random price of 595.00 for her service ( w2 and one additional form for stock account), then when I corrected her, that it is not all my services, I added, there is another rental property, she interrupted me and increased the price to 675.00 as she claim for " additional service", yet she didn't even know my full situation, I bet later she would still increase the price for "additional service! Well, I put the price as reference but, that was the least of my issues. when I tried to ask her questions, then she told me" When you are ready to start, I will tell you” WHAT A RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL answer! I may understand if we talked beyond the consultation time, but this call did not last longer than 6 minutes 42 seconds, when the appointment is supposedly for 30 minutes, that was additional to 1 minute 10 second she muted me and less than 5 minutes I waited to call back. Was she prejudice to my accent! or to me as a soldier who is considered a lower income for her digging business owner clients! did she have something came up and was busy! I do not know, but I am definitely offended and disgusted by such unprofessionalism, and rudeness. People like that should have their license revoked as per code of professional responsibility.
