After spending a fortune to renovate our bathrooms, our mirrors began to develop shadows. BKB had used the wrong adhesive to secure them to the walls, and it was causing the mirror paint to deteriorate. First the owner insisted that it was not their fault without ever visiting my house. When I threatened to get lawyers involved he came to my house to look at it and acknowledged that they had done something wrong. He sent his "mirror guy" out to measure. I was told it would be two weeks to get the mirrors made and arrange installation. That was two months ago. The owner has not contacted me in any way since August 14. I have never before had to contact the Better Business Bureau, but I will be filing a report.

Alex and his small team remodeled our family room and added a shower to our previous half bath in the basement. They were efficient and perfectionistic. They were also very pleasant and cooperative. Being an obsessive person myself I'm inclined to see every mistake and blunder but these guys were better than most--and their expedience allowed our scheduled guests to be impressed with their new digs when they arrived a week after the crew had cleaned things up. Common wisdom tells us not to take the lowest bid--but we did. We feel we got a first rate job at a friendly price.
Best Kitchen and Bath helped us when we had a flood and the entire kitchen cabinet set had to be replaced. They helped us choose new cabinets in our price range, and planned a new configuration that would be more efficient as the layout. We also were able to select new counter tops. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and we are very pleased with the way the kitchen looks and functions. The people there are really pleasant and easy to work with.
I worked with BK&B a few months ago on a master bath remodel. They were very professional from start to finish and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. We had several changes in plans during the project and they were always willing to accommodate where possible. They addressed all concerns immediately and were very responsive during the construction process. I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends!
We hired Best Kitchen and Bath for a total renovation of the master bath. We had purchased all the materials ourselves and were looking for an installer to bring my vision to life. We could not be happier with the end result. The project manager Usame and all the installers were professional and courteous, and the workmanship is outstanding. Other places quoted us twice what Best did, so I was nervous about hiring them, but now I'm so glad I did! Highly recommend! We did our own demo. Best was able to use a lot of the existing plumbing and installed new plumbing for anything else we needed. They installed the backer board for the tile, built and tiled the shower, tiled the floor, replaced and patched drywall, painted, and installed all the fixtures. They added touches we didn't expect, like new trim and freshly painting the door. They also thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. The entire project took less than 3 weeks.
This is an update of a previous negative review. The new owner of this company is great!! I had my kitchen remodeled over a year ago and had some issues- including the floor that needed to be replaced. I spent months trying to ge the issues resolved and AS SOON AS the new owner took over he addressed my concerns right away. Less than 2 months later I have a new floor and the other small issues were also fixed. I would definitely recommend this company! Great customer service!
They were great to work with and a very good value. They don't have fancy computer programs, but just good old fashioned customer service and good workmanship. The tiling wasn't super clean, but it worked and they finished on time and were very pleasant and professional. They let you buy some products like faucets, toilets so you can save a lot of money that way.
