Recommended. Long wait, but completely understandable; I went close to lunchtime on a Monday during flu season. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and once they called me back, things went quickly. They answered all of my questions and gave helpful information. They even called to see how I was feeling the next day because I was trying out a new-to-me medicine.

Biggest joke and waste of my time. If you’re seeking any form of medical advice or help, go elsewhere. Went in to be checked out to see if I had a concussion, came out 30 broker, no information regarding if I have a concussion considering they did not even run a simple test, and told I was sol if I didn’t wanna spend a fortune on a head scan at the ER. Not to mention, the head doctor lady, was the furthest from friendly and seemed to not comprehend anything. A joke.

I had a good experience. Secretaries were very nice and was amazing at following up on problems. Doctor was informative and friendly. FYI, the previous 5 stars reviewer might be a doctor who isn't an urgent care MD but does work in the same office. Take that as you will.

I like the staff, they are very nice. However it's not very urgent. I don't know if they only have one doctor on staff at a time, but we waited in the waiting room for at least an hour. I had to have my foot X rayed and ended up waiting there another 2 hours. It shouldn't take 3 hours to check a swollen ankle. So it's fine it you're okay with waiting around

I've been there *literally* seven or eight times in the past month because I have an ongoing illness (mono). I've always been treated well, listened to patiently, and worked with compassionately. I couldn't be happier. I know I should find a regular doctor at some point but they're just too good to me!

We took my son to this urgent care a few months ago because he couldn't hardly breath. After 2 doctors looked at x-rays they couldn't figure out what the problem was and even laughed when one of the doctors said, I have no idea and I'd rather recommend you to the University Emergency care. They then admitted they aren't very good with small children (6 years old) which I thought was odd since they're an urgent care. I'd highly recommend staying away from this place. FYI, when we got to the University ER it was a no brainer to put him on a breathing treatment . Get it together Broadway Urgent Care. I wouldn't trust you with my dog...

My family and I have had many visits in last few years. We were able to get in quickly. The doctors are attentive, the nurses are great. The copay is typical of urgent care. It is far cheaper, quicker and better than either of the ERs in Columbia.
