I absolutely love the staff that work at the Buckle in the Columbia Mall. They go above and beyond to assist a customer. Whenever I walk in they always remember me and I like that. If they don't have what you're looking for then they will find it and have it delivered to your address.

Wow! They have a lot of great fashion and the coolest clothes! But a couple experiences I had in that place weren't as great. One time I was in there with my friend and the people that great you and fold the clothes were nice to start but everywhere I looked or picked up something they were constantly talking to me and staring me down like I was going to steal something which is totally okay to think because I'm sure they get a lot of people coming in and stealing stuff but I was never going to steal anything. I walked in happy but walked out a little disappointed because the lady kept putting very expensive things in my face and my friend's too like she was just wanting to take all of our money out of our pockets. And when I didn't buy anything and my friend bought something cheap she rolled her eyes and started treating us disrespectfully. It's like they are nice but then there's a point where you let someone look at what they like and what's perfect for their body type and what they are comfortable with and not try to force them something to buy that they don't really like...

After a recent visit to Buckle to return a shirt and exchange for another size, they ended up having to order it for me. After a week of waiting I had my wife call and ask what the hold up was because normally it takes 2 days, it just so happened that it didnt get ordered, hey it happens, it's a busy time of year. When my wife told them that I had planned on wearing the shirt to a Christmas gathering and needed it these folks went out of ther way to do what we needed ,The boss was even gonna bring it to the house, we couldn't be more pleased with the way things were handled. Thanks to all Scott, Carter, Ashton.
