Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend, and they turned out magnificent. She loved them, and they put a huge smile on her face. They got their quick, and everything was perfect. Would highly recommend buying from Busch's if you need some flowers.
I cannot compliment Busch's enough. If you want to buy flowers -\u003e start with Busch's or just waste your time until you find out Busch's is the best on your own. If you want to make it special they 'deliver'. They have delivery as well, but that's not the point. They were going to close in a few minutes, and took my pocket change to create an elaborate and memorable experience for someone I loved. The whole house smells amazing now and I feel like I need to pay Busch's back. I will buy flowers here again no doubt.
Great customer service, ordered over the phone from several states over to get a friend a birthday arrangement. Summer was so happy to help and had great ideas. Thank god I found this place. Same day delivery too :)
They were supposed to deliver flowers to my friend. Instead they delivered it to a neighbors house. When we called to find out why they hadn't been delivered they said she wasn't home but they would come back between 4-5. So she went home and waited. At 5:05 when they hadn't arrived we called and found out that they had delivered it earlier in the day to the neighbor which we did not approve. By the time we knew this the neighbor had left for the night. So my friend didn't get her flowers on her birthday.
Called and they took my info. before asking what I wanted! I had waisted my lunch break for nothing! I looked online for what we wanted, and then told they didn't have the vase or bear! ( it was on the sight) then was going tocharge an extra 14.99 to put the bear with the flowers in a different case! We were not happy!
I had them do a canopy ceiling for my daughters wedding reception. I was so disappointed. You want your special day to be perfect. Filled with happy tears, not tears of regret. Look somewhere else, it is not worth your special day being spoiled by this company at the last minute. This mom shed many unnecessary tears over how this turned out. Wishing you the best on your special day.
Yes, I sent an arrangement. Whoever delivered it, left it on the front steps of the house in the rain. Anyone with ounce of brains should know better than to leave any arrangement on the front doorsteps of anyone's house in Columbia Missouri. Once upon a time Columbia was a safe, nice and clean city. THOSE DAYS ARE GONE! What if someone decided to steal my arrangement? This is very unprofessional and I hope the next time I order any arrangement that my florist does not use Busch's Florist. I know that this will be my request. I have a large family and friends in Columbia and I believe they should be advised not to use this florist if the business is no better than this.
