Do not waste your time with this title company. Unprofessional team that could not get the numbers right at all, making mistakes entire time. Messed the final cost day before settlement, breaking the agreed amount.

Don't waste your time and money. Warranty department stinks. Do your homework before buying a house from calatlantic..bad, very bad people. I would never recommend them. It's been a year since we've been trying to get our house fixed. They're dodging our phone calls...
