We had 5 Star service done at Camping World in Columbia. Vincent who assisted us was the best! He had the parts ordered/received quickly, he was personable and pleasant to work with, and communicated with us throughout the process! Keith, the tech who did the job, was friendly, professional and meticulous with his work. Alison, thank you for all of the assistance. I highly recommend this Camping World service department!

The staff in Columbia, SC was incredible! They seemingly worked constantly to get us in a new camper and kept us updated at each step. Everyone in the store was super helpful and willing to answer all questions. We were treated so well and made to feel so welcome there! Sales staff was awesome and the guys doing our walkthrough did a great job! 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with this Camping World. Started with the sales person Wes allowing us to believe we were approved and taking my deposit to hold the trailer on a Saturday. He strung us along the next week due to a personal issue he had and could have just told us instead us leaving us in limbo. On Thursday, the Sales Manager Jay called and I told him how we felt we were treated. He took my information and said he would call me right back. He NEVER called back either. I sent follow up emails and never heard anything and all they had to say was approved or not approved. We never heard a word from either of them after doing everything asked and filling out all the their paper work. We gave up and went to Camping World of Concord and was treated like a true customer should be treated. Russ and the team there went above and beyond and we were able to find the perfect match for us at a better price. Columbia Camping World needs to learn that everyone is busy and that they shouldn't treat customers this way and a simple follow up and just common courtesy goes a long way. Try Concord instead and you will be more happy. Please stop sending me emails asking for my business, you lost it.

I had a difficult part to find and Julie H at the Camping World in Columbia, SC went the extra mile to help me track it down. The part was not available thru the dealer, so she tracked down the original manufacturer and part number and gave me all the info I needed to resolve the issue. Great support! (Might not let that Good Sam membership lapse after all!)
