Every time I deliver there, these people don't tip. Very rude attitude also. I wouldn't have my worst enemy's parent or grandparent ever live here.

This place is awful. If your loved one is anything but “independent” they won’t get the care they deserve. My grandfather never gets offered to go eat lunch with the others in the dining hall because he would need assistance getting there. They won’t respond to his call light. After being on the floor and pushing his call light twice he made his way to his cell phone and called 911. We sat with him for almost 9 hours one day and not a single person came in to check on him. Not one. He got his morning meds and that was is for the rest of the day. They will let you die here and not think twice.

The facility appeared dirty, majority of the residents seemed unhappy with the care that was being provided for them the staff was rude and in my opinion didn't care about the facility, the residents, the residents families, or one another
