My name is Shawn. I came into this store to buy a plastic pipe for a commercial ice machine and the older gentleman that works there has the most uptight attitude I've seen in awhile. I came in looking for ideas to fix the part and he got a part for me and it looked like it could work but he came zero interest to help resolve it fully. Every time I asked a question it seemed like he didn't want to help. If you not willing to give the customer service then you don't need to work or own a store. Bad service plus look elsewhere for any hardware or plumbing needs!
What a hardware store should be. Any time I am there, I ask for what I need and BOOM its done. Try that with Lowes. You go there and you walk for a mile, their cashiers know nothing, The staff only knows there section of the store and barely know that. The Gentlemen, that run this store are a credit to the hardware store business! God Bless Small independent Hardware stores!
