Certified Inc. is fabulous. They replaced the roof of our 3-unit condo building about 5 years ago and did a great job. So this past fall, when we had an unrelated leak due to a hole in one of our gutters, we knew just who to call. Jay from Certified took special care in ensuring that they did a thorough inspection and didn't quote us for unnecessary work. In fact, he even looked through old company records and discovered that Certified had done work on our gutter 6 or 7 years ago -- work that pre-dated all of the current owners of the building and that none of us were aware of. As a result, he said that all work on the gutter, and all repairs to the ceiling that was damaged by the leak, would be covered under the warranty for that prior job. They came and completed the work without any hassle and we didn't have to pay a cent. Certified is a stand up company and we recommend them highly.

Certified Inc. replaced my 80 year old metal flat roof with a new TPO roof in May 2020. When getting an estimate, Tom thoroughly explained the process and roofing system to me. After doing my own research I decided to go with the TPO system because of its environmental qualities. The Certified Inc. staff are very friendly and responded quickly and in a professional manner when I reached out with questions. The team who worked on my roof worked quickly and were able to complete the replacement within a day. The team also thoroughly cleaned up after completing the work. Only time will tell me the quality of the work, but I can say I was very pleased with the process of getting my new roof installed with Certified Inc.
We were so pleased with Certified when they replaced our roof several years ago that we asked them to replace both our roof *and* our siding when we moved to our new house. They gave us a good price, explained the options well, and did quality work. We're thrilled with the way our house looks.

I met with Tom (owner) after meeting with several other roofing companies. He walked me through the CertainTeed product line and addressed all of my questions. Certified Inc. is a factory certified installer of CertainTeed shingles and is able to provide a very comprehensive warranty. Tom was knowledgeable and hands-on, and his many years of experience in the roofing industry were the primary reasons I chose to go with Certified Inc. After signing the contract I was able to secure an install date within two weeks. The installation of the new roof went smoothly and the team worked efficiently to complete the job in one day. Tarps were used to protect my deck and landscaping. Clean-up of debris was thorough and magnets were used to remove stray nails from the lawn and driveway. The new roof looks great and I would highly recommend Certified Inc.
