Brought my watch in for a new battery. Within 24 hours, it stoped working, so I take it back in and they tried to charge me 100 to fix it! I have little doubt they broke something when replacing the battery since the watch had only been used for a couple years and was from a very reputable brand.

Worst service I have ever received. I dropped my watch off for an estimate. Received the estimate to repair watch. Was told that I needed a specific part to fix the watch for 55. I paid the money, they replaced the part but it didn't fix the issue. They said I could pay another fee to replace another part to see if it would fix the issue. I asked for a refund since they were just replacing parts and looking to charge me not knowing what the issue was with the watch. They refused to refund the money I paid even though the part didn't fix the watch. The owner Jacob Bekar and the other employees were completely unprofessional and rude and yelled and screamed the entire time. They wouldn't let me talk to explain why I expected a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Went to get brand-new engagement ring resized (engaged on a Saturday, brought in on that following Monday). The part of the band where they resized it, is visibly thinner that the rest of it. Also, we paid extra to get it re-coated with a white gold finish. Within a week, the coat wore off and that part of the band is showing yellow gold. Not happy.
