The staff is amazing, welcoming, fast and friendly. I’ve been going to Comprehensive laser for a few sessions and noticed a change after about 3 sessions. Nina is caring and understanding and really takes the time out to help you understand the process from the get go/consultation and takes into account any questions I’ve had so far. The staff also is timely to ensure that appointments are confirmed ahead of time and are very flexible with their scheduling. The confidence I’ve regained and only after a few sessions is unmatchable. I can’t wait to see the end results until the whole sessions are completed. Definitely recommend 10/10!

I am currently getting laser appointments for my legs done here; I’m three sessions in and have seen amazing results so far! The lasers they use are more advanced (and effective based on my experience so far) than other places I’ve been to, and the employees there are all super professional and kind. If you are debating getting treatments here, I highly recommend Jessica! She’s so much fun to talk to and you can tell she’s very educated on the types of treatments that she does. I could not ask for a better provider!!

I did laser hair removal at ideal image a few years ago and decided to also do other parts of my body. Since Ideal image was expensive, I was referred to this place by my sister for their professionalism and friendliness, and also better prices. The staff are truly professional, and quick to get you through the door. Nina was amazing, and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatments. However, I’ve seen all the good reviews about the good hair removal results from this place but surprisingly for me it was not as great! I’ve definitely had better hair loss with ideal image machines than CL. I’ve completed 8 sessions , and still have full set of hair growing back ! After the third session I didn’t see much difference and I know I’m a good candidate for laser hair removal ( medium light skin middle eastern with thick hair) and with the same number of ideal image treatments I was hairless for 5 years and then I had to go for touch ups. Not sure why that was my result but I wanted to share my experience with CL laser machines. Again, this place is clean and I was happy with how I was treated as a costumer but as far as hair loss, I didn’t see the results I was expecting after 8 sessions of treatments.

My entire experience at Comprehensive Laser has been amazing. The front desk staff is professional, accommodating and very friendly. Nina, the NP, has been so helpful throughout my treatments. She ensures I am presented with all the necessary information to make the best decisions for what I’m looking for. Not only is she professional and helpful, but she’s comforting and kind throughout the entire process. With her help, my skin has never looked better! I’ve trusted her to guide me in trying new treatments and haven’t looked back!

This review has been long overdue to be honest, Comprehensive Laser is extremely professional and I’ve had a great experience with every member of their staff since my very first visit. This place is the absolute best for high quality laser hair removal among many other services offered. I have been coming to Comprehensive Laser since August, 2019 and received superb laser hair removal treatments in multiple areas from Nina! She is great at explaining what to expect and telling you the best treatment options for your skin type. Nina is literally the best, very easy to talk to and always makes me feel comfortable. If you’re looking for laser hair removal or any other laser treatment or facial treatment, look no further than Comprehensive Laser! They are also great at following all protocols to make you feel safe during this pandemic.
