The staff are friendly and efficient. Kimberly provide the best customer service ever. I would advise anyone to arrive before 12:30pm because that's lunch time people.

Place is always extreamly busy. The staff are rude and dismissive and if you don't walk in and sign in before 12:30 they kick you out. If you sign in at 12:30 be prepared to wait 3 hours for your turn. To add to the chaos they also refuse to take appointments. It would almost be more efficient to drive 2 hours away and go to another drug screening place.
