Big box store. They are eager to help. They really like their stuff. I went in for an electronic whistle. Their website said they had 3. It was not until I got the manager where they able to find them. The Brand is called Fox 40. An industry standard in whistles. The kid that stocked them, thought they were for calling in foxes, so he stocked them in hunting. We found them. They have a great selection of sporting equipment except guns. They pulled out. Whatever.

Excellent customer service and excellent selection. I'd found something online I wanted to see in person before buying. Was greeted within a minute of coming inside the store, they helped me hunt down exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was abiding by Covid precautions very well. Quick, friendly check out and the item I was after was even better than I expected. Thrilled all around with the experience.

The workers are amazing but the management as a whole is horrible. Some employees specifically a male manager in the lodge department was rude and made my friends and I uncomfortable.

Has good products, however apparently the shirt I wanted “couldn’t be sold” because it had a certain release date and someone put every size they had out on the floor when it was not supposed to. No offer to substitute or have a rectification for this mistake as I was really wanting this shirt.
