Work is consistently *very* late. Have done orders with them over 3 times in the last year trying to give them another chance each time. Without fail everything is always 1-2 weeks late. My most recent order I was told would be done 7-10 business days after I approved/paid a half down. It has now been 3 weeks, I keep being told \it's getting worked on\. Work looks fine, I've had colors be wrong before and needed a reprint which they were willing to do - but I just can not deal with the consistent lateness of their work.

I dropped my vest off on 1/10 and was told to pay half and vest will be ready 7-10 days. I never received a called stating it was ready so I checked back. In short, my son went to pick it up on 2/21 the vest still wasn’t ready after a month. They brought the vest to my son that night. I received it the next day, I put it on and the patches fell off. They was called back and my son was told to get a iron and put them back on. I was very embarrassed at my event with patches falling off. The customer services was very unprofessional with no empathy. I wouldn’t suggest this place to no one and hope the business bureau check into the bad service this place is offering to the public.

Our law enforcement dept. ordered stalking caps. We got them but they were not what we had asked for and Diggit isn’t working on them with us. They’ve lost our business unfortunately.
