Since normally people only post reviews when things go wrong I thought I would let everyone know what a great place this is. Denise Paolini and the rest of the staff at this store are exceptional customer service representatives. They are always willing to go the extra mile for each and every customer. When you join this Direct Buy you can expect to receive quality items personally inspected by the staff for damages when order directly from the store. This alleviates so much anxiety and item return headaches for the consumer. I highly recommend Direct Buy for all your home purchases and improvements.

I have never visited this location but I received a mailer with a promotion offer of an Android tablet and restaurant gift card. I called the number but blocked mine first. The lady needed to prequalify me and asked me my name and the name of my significant other. According the fine print on the coupon you have to be a homeowner and make at least 60K. Once you are prequalified you are told when you can go listen to a 90 min presentation. Fortunately, one was available tomorrow (6/12/2014). I said, but wait, on the back it says that I'm not obligated to listen to a sales pitch. The lady said the next gift only pickup is 9/12/2014 between 5:30p-6p. I'm to bring an ID and proof of income like tax returns (yeah right!). Before I called I used the power of Google to see what this company was about. From the warning signs due to the unsolicited mail that clearly came from a list (I don't even use the name the mail was address to) to the lack of the membership price on the website and to the clearly phony customer reviews on the site to the REAL reviews, I knew this company was a scam. Sadly they are still in business. I was going to get the free tablet so I can further report on this but it's not worth my time and giving them more of my personal information.
This place uses that junk/shady advertising by mailer to get you to call claiming you have "won a prize" only to rudely tell you that you haven't won anything and they just want their name out there. Its so shady and the lady I spoke to about removing myself from all their junk mail lists was so rude and basically said "I don't have to, have a good day". Reeks of sleaziness, I would avoid and go to a reputable place.
Predatory salespeople will pressure you into buying nonrefundable 3k membership. If you have dealt with them and are at all dissatisfied, please contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.
