Starting a doctor's visit off with \WHY are you here?\, \I do NOT need to see you 3 times in 5 weeks\ and \Can you NOT communicate with my staff?\ is not a great way to begin an appointment, especially after your 13 year old daughter just completed her second 36 hour colon cleanse, complete with enemas. I had alot of questions, which were not being answered by him or his staff. As a parent, I just wanted to find help for my daughter, who hasn't eaten in three months, and has constant \stomach\ pain. For someone who clearly thought we didn't need to be there, we oddly left with a new diagnosis (IBS) and new medication to add to her already long list. So was there a reason to visit him that day or not? Did he think that by giving her a new diagnosis, we would just leave his office? We will not be seeing Dr. Ramirez again. Our family was under the impression that physicians take the Hippocratic oath. Part of that oath reads as, “I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.” Thus, we were shocked by the response Dr. Ramirez gave us to our visit. And, we are very troubled with the thought that a doctor may have given our daughter a new diagnosis and prescription, simply to get us out of his office instead of showing warmth to our concerns.

Nothing's been done for my daughter. She's still spitting up and chocking on it now. And I'm suppose to continue the same stuff and not be seen.
