Friendly and fast service. Good menu selection. The soup was super hot and needed quite some time to cool down. Burnt my tongue pretty bad. The prices seemed high, and not exactly a good value for the amount of food.

This place opened not too long ago and we were very excited to try it. We were not disappointed. The variety of items that they serve is amazing and the food is just as amazing. This has become a regular go-to spot for my family and I. We love it.
Extremely disappointed! Not only did I have to wait 15 mins for two hot dogs, they were cold and disgusting. Condiments were literally slapped on the hot dog, chili tasted like it came from a can. I paid 14.00 for two hot dogs, two bags of chips ( their brand) and a regular drink only for it to be disgusting. It was my first and last visit!

Okay so I ordered the patty melt and got home and was extremely disappointed by what I received. So I called to express my disappointment and was surprised when the manager offered to send me a new sandwich to my doorstep since I lived within range of the store. When I tell you I was SHOOK. Talk about customer service. I received the sandwich within 30 minutes and got to keep the original sandwich. Both were delicious so I have nothing but positive things to say. Excellent food, even better customer service.
Love, love , love this place! I eat here whenever I can. I have tried several different menu items and everything was wonderful. Food is always fresh, restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly and fast. I have also enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
I believe the order taker should win employee of the year. She was so patient and informative. Mercedes did her thing. For her I have to give five stars
Deli Style meals surpass fast food fare in quality and taste. I recommend East Bay to anyone looking for something to eat. Everything I had to eat here is better in taste and presentation. Try it you'll be happy that you did.
