One of the best things about living at eaves is the reliable maintenance staff. It is also especially reassuring that Daniel, one of the technicians, is part of their team. He always arrives cheerfully no matter the time of day or night, and no matter the weather. Recently, Daniel came over to look at our refrigerator when it wouldn’t maintain its cool and he was able to fix it in minutes. Daniel was also a great help when our AC was having issues during the summer (he fixed that too!). I can also tell that he is very knowledgeable about the great kind of work he does. Last but not least, he’s a friendly face that I enjoy seeing in the neighborhood.

Just moved in two weeks ago and it’s been a pleasant experience! Although I did have to send multiple emails at one point, it is COVID and I’m aware that management is also busy doing everything remote. Otherwise, they’ve been very welcoming, enough parking spaces, and in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Also!! The unit is well insulated, so we don’t have to be blasting the AC too much. Will update! Update: thank you so much for the wine and cheese, Eaves! Thank you for organizing so many events (Chick-fil-A breakfast, thanksgiving donuts, wine and cheese) for the residents!
Mostly satisfied with this apartment complex, there are some issues that have caused me to reconsider resigning a lease which is unfortunate and avoidable. The staff is amazing with the exception of Kechelle. She is very rude towards residents and continuously lazy when it comes to duties. She has caused numerous issues among residents and does not maintain a appropriate responses that adhere to community guidelines. Unfortunately I have heard multiple residents having issues with Kechelle in particular. Eaves should consider changing her position so she limits contact with residents due to her inability to perform her job. It is unfortunate she decreases satisfaction among residents experience.
This is an amazing community! I’ve been here for 4 years. Each year gets better and better. It’s a safe and clean environment.The staff is always so friendly, kind and compassionate. Their love for pets is mind blowing
Eaves Columbia Town Center is originally No.2 on my target list when I start searching one bedroom apartment in Columbia/Jessup region. However, after the tour given by Rhonda, I immediately decide THIS IS THE PLACE. Rhonda is super kind, patient during the tour and there is no hidden fees and tricks at all. The management is professional and transparent, with everything accessible through the Avalon Access online portal. During the move-in date we encountered a bit of unpleasant situation. I think the house-keeping team is in a rush cleaning the apartment so that the carpet, window and the air vents are not as clean as we expect. However, Rhonda quickly responded to me and promised to scheduled the re-cleaning service ASAP (We moved in on Saturday, so I truly appreciated her efficiency!). We happened to run into the Pool Party on that day and the food, music and vibe is fantastic, considering we have spent a really exhausted day. I like the ram mix and sausage! That's definitely a huge plus for the first impression!
