Received the worst customer service with this particular Edible Arrangements' location. Called to understand why my ordered status was \delivered\ when the arrangement was not delivered nor received by recipient. The rudest representative, attempted to suggest that the order was delivered and that the driver (which, is apparently \Door-dash\ now) called. During my expressing that the item had not been received I was cut short -- especially when requesting to cancel the order. By far, my worst experience with an Edible Arrangement franchise. Never had to second guess an order and never had to encounter such unprofessional, actually just plain rude customer service. I am beyond disappointed and a bit unsettled by the way I was spoken to, as I have always had pleasant experiences with the franchise. If I could post with a score of zero [0], I would. ***UPDATE*** I was contacted by the store's management (Ms. O) she was extremely apologetic and apologized on behalf of the one rude team member. Ms. O's sincere expression of taking more pride in her store, business/customer service standards and organization than that which was displayed by one employee. Upon hearing her genuine concern and understanding that an employer can only attempt to rectify situations that may arise when they are not present, I genuinely believe this is not a regular occurrence at this location. So for the sake of transparency and sharing an honest review, I wanted to update and say a special Thank You to Ms. O for being a responsible business manager and making the efforts to make genuine contact to correct my incident. I will give them another chance when an occasion presents - only due to the response of management. So, Thank you for hearing and an offering an appropriate response to your customer - that in and of itself is commendable . So, adding two stars for accountability.

Jurnee, Loren, and Jasmine deserve a 10/10 for everything! I walked in right before close and these 3 were nothing but helpful, kind, and patient. I’ve never been to an edible arrangements before but I will certainly be coming back again! Girlfriend loved the arrangement and balloons and the other options looked great but unfortunately were sold out
Loren was great! I'd completely dropped the ball and forgot it was Valentine's Day since I'd been out of town for work. Loren was incredibly helpful, she helped me get a great arrangement for my SO and delivered the same day even though they were swamped! Would highly recommend and will be back again
Wow! Where do I even begin? This staff here is AMAZING! Jurnee,Loren, and Jasmine were incredible people. They are such sweethearts and very caring to me, as a customer. They helped me with everything and were very patient with me. Next time I come, I need your help ladies. Thank you.
