Dr Umm was Awesome! He's very thorough and made sure I was comfortable and understood the treatment I was getting. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Um and Staff took such good care of my daughter. She needed to have emergency surgery, but his schedule was full. Dr. Um adjusted his schedule to make sure should she would be seen. He has one of the best bed-side manners that I've seen her in SC. I’m from a different state and sometimes it's hard to not only get a Dr. to listen, but to get one to show they really care as well. I personally think He really does, he showed this by following up with us personally on a Sunday because he was concerned. I have only seen this kind of personal care from our Pediatric Dr. Thank you Elgin Podiatry for such good care!

Had an appointment with this doctor and overpaid didn't go back for my 2nd appointment because I actually had been in the hospital .they owed me money so I called and asked for a check to be sent to me I didn't receive it called a couple weeks later and asked again. decided when I felt better to reschedule my 2nd appointment with this doctor to discuss surgery. The doctor walked into the office he started yelling at me about hassling his staff about the money that he owed me I didn't say much but the look on my face said it all . he knew that I was getting a little Mad. I don't care how much the amount was the money belong to me I overpaid and he needed to give me my money back .Point is that this doctor doesn't have a good bedside manner and if he comes in and yells at a patient about requesting their money back it doesn't matter if it's 21 or 2100 if the money belongs to you it belongs to you just like he wants to get paid when he produces a service for you. No I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Um and all his staff are the best when it comes to foot surgeries! They are a warm, kind and compassionate staff. They truly care about their patients health. I had a bunion ectomy May 3, 2019. I had to wear a cast for 6 weeks and I am pleased with the healing process and so is is Dr. Um! Everything looks great and the recovery is still ongoing. But I can stand on my foot! I will have some pain and swelling from time to time, that just means my foot is healing. My advice? Do your exercises! Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest! surround yourself with positive influences and people who love you and support you no matter what. THE DR IS GREAT. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND HAS A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. MY FEET ARE OUT OF PAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS!
