Unprofessional and rude. 150 per visit and does nothing

Staff is lost, unprofessional, rude on the phone. Staff, or Hall herself, never got back to my wife on her blood results after taking nearly 1000 cash in one visit. Am I calling her crook? maybe not. But Hall gives something relatively new and important, holistic medicine, a bad name.

Dr. Hall worked with me in coordination with my midwife for two home births. Both times her staff was quick and courteous, and no problems with contacting over the phone. Both times Dr Hall was patient, answered all my questions and concerns without rushing me. She was available should any problems arise during my home delivery, and I felt better knowing she was so close to my work if anything happened. I will definitely continue to use and recommend Dr. Hall!

Dr. Hall's staff are so unprofessional and incompetent. I never even saw Dr. Hall because her staff was so incompetent. Apparently they e-mail you paper work but do not tell you that you are getting your paper work this way. I spoke to then on the phone prior to my visit and told them I never received any paper work. There was no mention of e-mailed paper work. When I arrived for my appointment they printed off the paper work for me to take with me and said I would have to reschedule. The paper work looked like something a 3rd. Grade teacher would give her students. She charges 150 up front when you make your appointment. I cancelled my appointment after dealing with the incompetent staff and was not refunded my payment. No services where rendered but Dr. Hall refused to refund my money. Do not use this Dr.!!!! I asked if I could complete the paper work I never received in the office and they refused to let me. Since the paper work was not completed Dr. Hall refused to see me. I drove 45 minutes to her office and arrived on time for my original appointment. Apparently she thinks her time is worth more than her patients. Terrible customer services.
