The manager was very helpful and now that it is an outlet store they are more affordable.

They customer service was good. Some items are still a bit pricey. In general good store. I just purchased items that were on reduced prices.
Good clearance prices. Found something with spots on it that I wanted but wasn't sure it'd come out, they wouldn't reduce the price, so I passed. I then watched the employee put it back on the hanger and hang it back on the rack!

All of the workers were super helpful and I had a great time shopping there recently. They didn't overwhelm you the second you walk in the door but they were still right there to check me out and help me find a size I needed.
When I had trouble with my express next account, all employees were very understanding and went out of their way to help me out. Special thanks to Madi who contacted customer service for me. I’ve always loved shopping at express, but the employees at this particular store make it that much more enjoyable!
