Nursing staff was very rude, treated us like vagrants and gave us the bums rush out the side door. No problems with the Doctor, but we never got to see him. Also didn't get a signature on my trip log to reimburse me for 60 miles of gas mileage.

I have been going her to Dr. Hecker everyone at this clinic makes you feel like family. They do not make you just feel like a number they actually listen to what you have to say I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Hecker to anyone and stand by my words she has always made me feel like I could be her aunt or her grandma she is wonderful thank you again Rebecca Terry

Sometimes it's a bit of a wait to get an appointment (so far it's been 2ish weeks for non-emergent appointments) but the level of care and attention from the staff is excellent. They are all friendly and attentive to patients' needs. Also, with their online site, I have been able to ask my doctor questions about medications and have received responses back within minutes, which definitely makes up for the inability to get in quickly, especially for something that is actually able to be addressed with a simple email.

I like this place and your apppointments are almost on time unless the Dr has a Hospital call or another emergency but no matter what call before you go and make sure to bring your insurance cards and medical paperwork if you have any to add to your records. Dr's can be very moody fair warning!!!! But they are good doctors!!

I went to this clinic to have a cyst drained and the doctor took one look and said I was fine; no need to drain it. I later received a 500 bill from MU saying they had needle- aspirated the cyst and I owed them for that visit! I disputed the charge and opened an investigation and never heard back. A few months later a collections agency was calling me wanting their money! I was furious! I had never heard back! When I finally got into contact with a human (rather than a stupid voice recording) they said the investigation was never actually opened! This doctor has a track record with doing this to patients; they write in your medical record that a procedure was done and charge you for it when it didn't actually happened! My credit has gone down because of this! I'm so upset and MU had no answers for me. I do NOT recommend this clinic and their doctors. Not to mention I waited 2 hours for my appointment! Not a good doctors office.

Had been going here since it opened. Service was good, was close to home, and I liked the staff so I switched my primary to Smiley. Fast forward a few years and it's gotten terrible. My primary is no longer available, wait times are atrocious, appointment scheduling is a hassle. I'm sure there are fine people working here, but it's beyond me what changed. Hopefully they get it figured out. Meanwhile, I will be going elsewhere.
