Charles and his staff do an excellent job of providing quality products and service. Even after the job is complete, his staff is available and ready to help if minor tweaks need to be made on the project. Definitely a recommendable experience.

It couldn't have gone any better. Charles, the owner, and his team were fantastic. Punctual, thorough, and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects. I highly recommend them to others!
I would give this company a negative ZERO. My husband and I went to a home and garden show recently to look for a flooring and carpet installation company. We recently moved to a new place and we thought this new carpet business would help us to figure out some flooring options. The lady scheduled a free consultation on a Friday but no one came. My husband called and said they couldn't make it for some reason so they rescheduled on a different date. We've waited almost an hour. Again, the guy never came. Not even a phone call/message. People are very UNPROFESSIONAL and don't care about your time. It's very DISAPPOINTING. Such a WASTE! They're PROFILING their customers. I can't believe they did that knowing they're new in the business. I'm glad we always have a back up plan when things like this happen. We already invited two flooring stores in howard county to look at our place and these guys took their time to educate us about floor options and were very professional, good and efficient. Finally, we are scheduled to have our bnew floor/carpet installed very soon.
I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Charles and his team do fantastic work.

Had the same ridiculous experience, but his manager was with him this time. Sorry...it doesn't take almost 2 hours to give a carpeting estimate. Went though the videos and nonsense...NEXT!!
