We brought our newly adopted pitbull here for care. She was heartworm positive and the entire team was a delight to work with!! They gave the best care for our girl. It’s refreshing to have a vet that loves all breeds and isn’t hesitant to help. As long as we’re at Jackson, our girl will get care here.

WE LOVE COOKING

This vet was great and the prices are cheap I'm never going to the civilian vet again they did a great job with my toy poodle only thing doing cover time you have to stay in your car only the pick can go inside. This is my first time using the vet on base and it was great.

Recent PCS overseas. They were great to deal with and making sure my pet was ready/cleared to enter a new country. Best organization I dealt with for my PCS.

SPC Shirley didn't waste any time when it came to emailing me records that belonged to my dog in order to place him in a kennel out of state for the weekend. Amazing job doing it for me on such short notice.

I brought my puppy in for his second round of vaccines and to check on his cherry eye on Sept 2nd. At the conclusion of the appointment they let us know to call them to schedule a neuter and cherry eye removal and to do so quickly to prevent issues with the cherry eye. I have called close to every single day since then to schedule. Either no one answers the phone or someone who sounds very confused continuously told me that the vet who said they’d do the surgery wasn’t in and to call again the next day. I asked if a message could be left and was told to just call again. At this point, the girl behind the desk knew mine and my dogs name after so many repeated calls and being told to call again in the morning. After 4 weeks I was finally told that they are no longer doing surgery due to a shortage of PPE. This, I completely understand but letting me know that 4 weeks ago would have saved everyone a lot of time and improved the health and welfare of my dog. I had relatives in town to help take care of him post surgery while I work but because of a lack of response that window has come and gone. I am abhorred at the lack of professionalism, timeliness and any one having any idea what is going on. The Army Vet Corps is better than this embarrassment.
