I can’t say enough about Dr. DuBose and his team. He is by far one of the smartest, most empathetic and most helpful medical professionals I’ve ever seen. The entire staff is caring and treats their patients like family. I would highly recommend Future Psych Solutions to anyone struggling with mental health issues. Not only is do you get a warm and welcoming environment, you also get access to quality, cutting-edge treatment. Their virtual options during COVID have been seamless as well. Thank you to everyone on the FPS team!

Doctors are fairly nice, but billing feels predatory. Charge 75 just for a refill request, even if you don't actually see a doctor. One doctor convinced us to get an expensive genetic test, saying it would tell him which medications would be most effective, only for him to say the results were inconclusive. Feels like they just want to nickel and dime patients and convince them to get expensive, unnecessary tests. Also, in a few years of using this practice, never once has an appt started on time; once the doctor was 45 minutes late. I expect for things to sometimes get behind and have to wait, but if every single appointment starts 30 minutes late, there's a problem with your scheduling.

Dr. DuBose, Toya, and the entire staff that helped me at Future Psych Solutions are incredible. They truly care about their patients! I have never met a more caring mental health care provider in SC than Dr. DuBose. From the moment we meant via telemedicine, Dr. DuBose was positively the best and most caring person. Toya is truly a gift from God. If you allow them the time and present yourself honestly, they will get you your desired outcome. I was patient and stuck to the treatment plan. Today, I am happier and healthier thanks to Dr. DuBose and his dedicated team!

It’s been over 10 years since I’ve felt excited to see my Psychiatrist. I moved from NC to SC and when I saw Future Psych was covered by my insurance, I immediately made an appointment. I can’t see myself ever leaving Dr. Jamison. She is kind and caring. Everyone at the practice is great.

I have been a client at Future psych solutions for about six months and see multiple professionals at their office. Everyone has been very kind and knowledgeable and my experience has been great. Dr. Dubose is very knowledgeable, listens, and exhibits great empathy. Katie is approachable and professional. Toya is very welcoming. Also, Stewart is very knowledgeable about scheduling and insurance issues. There are a few people that I'm leaving out because I'm horrible with names but everyone there has truly been kind and helpful. One of the things that sticks out most is that they offer a wide range of services and utilize newer treatments to help with mental health issues.

I spent 6 weeks rotating with Dr. DuBose and all other providers at the office including Dr. Jameson, Dr. McKinney, Dr. Rainer and Holly Lewis. They all genuinely care about their patients well-being and health. Their entire staff from their office staff, counselors and nurses all worked hard to make sure the office is welcoming. Very glad to have had such a great experience with everyone here!
