WORST PLACE EVER. My axle bent and my lights went out on my trailer, so this was the closest place to be to have them fix it. They worked on the trailer for hours on end and when it was finally done they told me that everything was good to go and that I shouldn't have any problems making it home. Now I live in Florida, so I'm putting my trust into them and that was the worst mistake I could have ever made. That same day, I drove to a hotel and stayed the night and the next day started driving and within an hour, my tire had popped and my lights had gone out already. I called them that day to let them know what was going on and all they could say was \just bring it back over here and we will fix it\. How am I supposed to bring it there when I don't even have a tire on my trailer?! I had another shop work on it and from there I was able to make it all the way home. This place refuses to give me a refund, they refuse to do anything about the problem and keep telling me \it worked when you left here\. I doubt it did, I just trusted what they said and left. All they say that they can do to help is have me drive all the way back up there, a 24 hour drive to have them \fix it\. Next time I will double check before I leave somewhere but these people do not know how to work on vehicles/trailers. DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. WORST PLACE EVER. FULL OF LIARS.

Where do I start. I had my truck towed to this place because my transmission went out. The tow truck driver had to pull the axle to tow the truck so a bunch of oil came out of the axle which is supposed to be replaced when it is put back. I decided to fix an engine oil leak while we were doing the transmission and had them change one of the gaskets. I called just to make sure they check the oil after the job was done. Patrick one of the managers told me they checked it and topped it off. There's another part that I requested he said didn't come in that he just forgot to order. And when I got there and check the oil myself I had to add more than a gallon. This made me think I should see if they check the axle oil. They put the axle back and didn't bother checking it either. It's really amazing I spent over 10,000 and they couldn't do so much is to make sure that my fluids were okay after working on the parts that made some of that oil leak out. They took the Payment and told me I was all good to go. I learned the hard way to double check everything and I'm sure glad I did this time . Patrick is grossly incompetent and should be demoted. These guys dropped the ball every chance they had ... his first excuse was that they've got a bunch of truck's that they're working on and he can't keep track of everything. So what is that supposed to make it OK ?? Then he tried to blame everything on the tech who obviously was not the sharpest tool in the shed but the bottom line is management is in charge. What's worse is they told me they checked it when they didn't. I could go on...but I think this puts it in perspective. Stay away unless you have absolutely no other option...
