Mike Hamilton made my car dreams come true!! I have bought many cars in the past and by far, this was the easiest and most laid back process I’ve ever gone through. I went in over the weekend with my eyes set on one vehicle, but Mike got me in a gem that was even better than I imagined and Eddie did the financial side and I walked out feeling amazing and relieved. They really took the anxiety of car buying away by going above and beyond your expectations making the experience constant surprises in your benefit — the exact way that buying a vehicle should feel!! I am so happy and grateful for all they did and I will hands down be back to Mike for any future purchases! My vehicle was with them for almost 3 weeks, because they didn’t fix it right the first time. I get it back today and before I could even get in I notice large scratches in my hood. This is a hundred thousand dollar vehicle. Lastly, don’t trust GM’s certified ore owned warranty because they pick and choose what they want to honor. It’s very disheartening when you think the safest place for your vehicle is the Cadillac dealership.
All employees pretty much w/o exception, the Service Department goes above and beyond, but there is one Service Advisor who consistently goes above and beyond. Erik Due, professional, reliable, detail oriented, customer focused and overall a terrific person to work with. He assisted me with getting an on-going recall issue resolved after two very frightening sudden stall out episodes (praying for no reoccurring episodes). When I need service, Erik goes above and beyond and I appreciate his hard work and diligence. Jim Hudson is lucky to have Erik on the Team!
I had to take my car there to get bearing replaced and an oil change. They did a great job. Car drivesi likes a dream.now. . Feels like I have a new car. The service was good. People were nice. No complaints at all
