I've had a few issues with journeys since last Christmas. First I went there to get my daughter a pair of shoes for Christmas, had to exchange them as each shoe was a different size, and neither shoe was the size I requested. I figured it was honest mistake, no big deal. The next time I went in I was purchasing shoes for myself, and I love a good deal, as like most people, I have a budget. I saw they had several pairs of shoes on sale, same salesman that sold me the Christmas shoes was working. I found a pair I liked that were rather inexpensive. Salesman told me he didn't have a size 10 in that shoe. Picked out two more pairs of shoes, same thing didn't have a size 10. It wasn't until I got to the higher (80) shoes that he started finding my size. I should have just left, but it was pretty obvious that I had worn holes in the shoes I was wearing.

With the ONLY exception being the actual Store Manager, I think his name was Brandon, he was Extremely Nice, but honestly, he was the only one!! My family and I have Never been treated as badly as we have been at This Journey's store! But after 3 separate occurrences of dealing with 3 of the most blatantly rude and hateful "employees" I have ever encountered in my 45 years!! I can guarantee you We will NEVER return to this Journey's location, or possibly any other if that is the standard, and I would highly suggest that no one else subject themselves to this kind of overpriced rude and hatefulness either!! They get 1 star only because I can't give negatives!
Walked in. No hello, or how may I help you. Sat my son down and looked at a few shoes. Held a shoe in my hands and stood by my son at the benches in the middle of the store. The store was not packed and there was only 2 other people being helped with shoes. 3 associates behind the register talking, and I’m assuming that no one saw me standing there for about 4-5 min. Ended up putting the shoe back down on the shelf BY THE REGISTERS and walked out with my son. Haven’t had this problem before and ended up going to shoe dept...
The staff here has gone above and beyond for us. We were looking for Vans for 7 kids for Christmas and they made it such a breeze. We had to get several sizes, make exchanges the next day and the staff always had a smile and an open willingness! Excellent customer service!!!
Brandon is the best he is so helpful and so is the rest of the staff. They have a great stock of all different brands.
