I had a dress that needed to be expanded, and I called around to a couple of places and took my dress to a couple of shops to see about getting it altered and the ones I went to said they could not help me. I was about to give up on it.. Well I called them, and they told me to come in, and she figured out a solution to fix the dress. I was very pleased with the alterations to dress, and wore it with no problems!! Excellent customer service, and would recommend.

I've had the good fortune to have Ms.Juanita, (and now Michelle) to help fit my costumes,outfits, formals bridesmaids and wedding gown over a lifetime. Nobody does it better- and I would recommend traveling from all corners of South Carolina to have Juanita work her artistry for you. A good fitting dress makes all the difference in the world!
Juanita did a great job with altering my wedding dress and it was finished much sooner than I expected at a great price!
I was a little skeptical about going to juanitas because no one I knew had ever brought something to them. But they were the best! My bridesmaids dress definitely needed some work. The chest was HUGE and the hips were too tight. She fixed everything and had it ready in a week and it was 55. Will definitely be going back if I ever need alterations again!
I trusted Juanita to alter my wedding dress after a wonderful experience working with her 10 years ago at her previous location. This experience wasn’t the same. The hem was not done the way she promised. When I returned to pick up the dress, it still had safety pins in it. The lady in the back who does the alterations after Juanita pins it did not notice them, and Juanita yelled her name to bring it to her attention. Awkward! I ended up taking my dress elsewhere to have it finished and fixed. I noticed the tulle looked dirty and Juanita said “the fuzz really clings to your dress’s material.” If you are looking for wedding dress alterations, save yourself the frustration and stress and go elsewhere.
