Call Lowe’s today for you next carpet installation. The sales representative was very courteous and very professional. He showed me all the types of carpet and went over each one of the advantages and disadvantages. Keller Interiors installers came a few days later and wasted no time installing my carpet before Christmas. They were exceptional and professional. Before they left, they made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. My family and I love the look of the new carpet and the way it accents the room. We love it so much we are having another room done. Thanks Keller Interiors!”

I purchased ceramic tile and installation from Lowe's in Warner Robins Georgia. Keller Interiors was their sub-contractor and they turned the actual installation over to Jeffery Bowick. He and his assistant did an outstanding job. I don't normally write reviews, but I was impressed with the quality of their work. Several years ago we purchased the same tile from Lowe's, but did not use their installation service. I wish we had. Mr. Bowick did the installation in half the time of our previous experience and much better quality!
I had questions regarding the measurements done by Keller’s associate. The response given was the “measurements are correct “ My questions went unanswered. In addition the quote included 185 charge for “ custom work” no one could explain what this was . The free install did not apply as I had subfloor in the rooms and not carpet, it was explained that because they weren’t removing carpet to get to the subfloor the install was 1500 . This included padding which was supposed to be included with the carpet price ! Stay away , major overcharge,
Keller was a shining light in the horrible process of working with the Red Bank Lowes on Platt Springs Rd. Keller's installers were professional and efficient. I'm giving 4/5 stars because in both cases (LVP and Carpet) there were some small issues: with the LVP, there are some hammer smudges and shallow indentations in the kitchen, and a raised and sharp scratch near my stove. Only recently identified, as we've lived on it and started noticing the dents over time. Things you don't notice when you're initially enamored with a new install. With carpet, installers showed up without tack strips, delaying the installation by about two hours. It's hard to blame Keller, here, because we told Lowes there would be no tack strips when we purchased from them. That info should have been passed on to Keller. Lowes told us that was no problem because installers repair/replace/install as needed. Still, on a carpet install arriving without tack strips seemed a bit odd from this customer's P.O.V. Besides these two very minimal discrepancies, both crews worked their tails off and did good work. The mgmt. team called us before, during, and after to check in with our installations. All were on time or early and communicated well. Keller even accommodated our having to reschedule due to the multitude of inept employees at that Redbank, Platt Springs Rd, Lexington, SC Lowes store. I know that I'm noting discrepancies in this review, but it's fair to be aware. I would easily give 4.8 stars out of 5 for their service overall, and I would use them again and recommend to anyone needing a flooring installer.
They did a great job on my carpet and they were very nice.
Do not use these people through lowes as a lowes contracter.they will not install unless conditions are absolutely perfect, they do not and will not as a lowes provided contracter make ready and or fix even the smallest imperfection before installation. They may be different if you deal with them directly, but beware and ask even the most obvious questions so you know what they will and will not do on a installation.
Installer was excellent. Did careful beautiful work. Polite.
