Very thankful for the team at Karen Kraus! With my Dad being disabled at such a young age it has brought many challenges we didn’t picture having to face yet. One of the hurdles we faced was getting him qualified for social security. Being in my 20s my knowledge about how to go about getting him qualified was very limited. The girls at Karen Kraus took the stress right off my shoulders and made the entire process a breeze. They even answered all what I assumed to be silly questions with a smile. They ended up getting my Dad qualified for social security in record time!! A daughter couldn’t ask for more. Words can’t explain how thankful my family is!

I only got to speak with Karen once she seemed nice however Stessie is the one who took my case and applied for the wrong kind of disability that I was eneligible for. I'm now having to go about the process alone. I have no idea what Karen is like though

The office of KKB has truly been a life saver for me. Stessie and her team walked me through the entire process and reassured me through the extremely long period of time that they had faith in me that I would get my SSD. My claim was denied the first time and Stessie didn’t hesitate to appeal my claim even after the fact we would be facing the same judge in the appeal hearing. We regrouped got additional medical paperwork and waited for the hearing date. Stessie laid out my claim and challenged the SSA on every point. In the end all we were asking for was what was rightfully mine. I had been in the military and worked 27 years for The Department of Defense and when I had given my all and couldn’t work anymore I needed them to recognize my body was broken because of what I had given. My disability was approved on Oct 15 2019 thanks to the hard work and dedication of Stessie and the crew at the office. Thank you all so very much and I will/would recommend you to anyone heading down this long lengthy road....you guys are the best.
