Very unprofessional I made 3 trips to talk to Director and was told I had to talk to my dads wife which is understandable because that’s what she wanted but the funeral home told her my dad was cremated and wouldn’t release his ashes till the bill was paid I. So I paid the bill to find out that they never had a death certificate to cremate him and my father has been sitting there for a month now with nothing being done and they wouldn’t give me my refund because they didn’t have there legal side of things in order like my dads death certificate but they were ready to collect payments
Leevy’s Funeral Home recently handled the services for my mother. Planning and conducting a service during these pandemic times is very stressful and challenging. The staff at Leevy’s were very professional, kind and attentive to all of our needs. The chapel was clean, safe and a perfect place since my mother’s church was not an option to hold the services. Family and friends were able to easily access her service streamed live or later via recording. This was very important and needed for others to be apart of her home going. Aftercare services were exceptional and I would like to personally thank Sally, Leverette and Jackie for all they did to ensure all went well during this sad time for me & my family.
